Ingredients:
– 1 can of tuna in water
– 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
– 2 tomatoes, diced
– 1 cucumber, sliced
– Black olives to taste
– Fresh lettuce or arugula
– Olive oil
– Lemon juice

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, flake the tuna with a fork.
2. Add the onion, tomatoes, cucumber, and olives to the bowl.
3. Gently mix the ingredients.
4. Dress the salad with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
5. Serve on a bed of fresh lettuce or arugula.
